Monthly Update

It has taken most of the year but we finally got our planning approval for the remodel. This has been a crazy ride of juggling the requirements of the planning department, our preservationist, and structural engineering. And, you know, our needs for this house, which seem to come last. (In all fairness to our SE, he's not one of the troublemakers. Yet.)

Anyway, more updates soon. Because some work will be getting started soon (that which does not require a building permit).

And at some point, we have to move out of this house, I guess.
