Going Nowhere

I was walking out the front door to go to City Hall and talk about permits for the Shed Project and our replacement windows, but when I got out, I realized that there was no way I would be going anywhere anytime soon.

The painters had started painting the house. This is a very thin coat of the gray paint, in bright sunlight. It's a lot lighter than I thought it would be, but we're getting there.
